Description

Stick to your ribs dish for a cold winter day.

Ingredients

stk: butter
1
sm hd: cabbage (Chopped.)
1
sm : green pepper (Chopped or cut into strips.)
1
sm: onion (Chopped.)
1
lb: Polish Sausage (1/2" segments)
15 oz
can diced tomatoes
1 t
salt
1⁄2 t
ground black pepper
1 T
hot sauce (Optional)

Instructions

Melt butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, onion, and green pepper. Cook on medium high for about 15 minutes stirring to keep from sticking to pan. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
